With Jidmac’s very effective screening process and our firm but reasonable rental collection process, we strive to minimize the unfortunate circumstances of evictions or absconding tenants. With our good communication and management skills we have a great rate of success in this field.

If it should however occur, we act quickly to contain and eliminate the problem, minimizing the time the unit is empty. Possible actions will be discussed with the Landlord to maintain transparency even in these occurrences.

In the case where the tenant does end up breaking the terms of the lease, our management program will automatically put him/her in a work order process to enforce the lease terms. The team understands dispute resolution and the correct legal process, being up to date on current legislation. They will look at the circumstances which will determine the best course of action for the particular situation.

All communications and actions are also linked to the online management program which can be viewed by the Landlord and the tenant and thus be up to date with the progress of the process.

We thrive on the fact that the tenants respect and love our friendly and caring team. The tenants know that although we are a systems driven company, we are just a phone call away, and that we provide quick response to their needs.

Regular contact and interest in the tenant’s well being gives a sense of care and opens the door for further communication like discussing upcoming rent increases, asking for feedback on eg. contractors that were used, etc.

Our Jidmac consultants visit our managed complexes on a weekly basis, to keep in line with tenants requests.

Occasional touches like seasonal cards and newsletters is always appreciated.
