With the online information a tenant can see all account information, up to date statements, the signed lease contract, emergency procedures, also the initial entry inventory of the unit with pictures, the point-radius survey that tells you about all the amenities in a 2km radius of the unit with emergency numbers. It also opens a line of communication with the Jidmac office as to report and check the process of maintenance issues, emergencies or general queries.
This clears all possible disputes and keeps all correspondence on record.
